Orders for new gauges can be placed via our website, by email, or by telephone.
Orders for custom, reconditioned, or manufactured gauges can be placed by email, telephone, or via our contact form. An initial estimate will be provided based on the information supplied. The customer must then send the item to us for inspection, after which a firm quotation will be confirmed.
No additional work will be carried out without customer approval where costs exceed the original estimate.
All initial estimates are provided as a guide only and are subject to inspection of the item.
Due to the nature of classic and used components, internal condition, wear, previous repairs, and hidden faults may affect the final cost. A confirmed quotation will be provided once the item has been assessed.
If an item is returned reporting a fault, it will be inspected and tested.
Where issues are found to result from incorrect installation, wiring faults, incompatible components, incorrect sender units, poor earth connections, or other external vehicle faults, additional charges may apply for testing, rectification, and return postage.
Customers are advised to check installation and wiring carefully before returning items.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order, repair, or supply of goods shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profit, travel costs, recovery costs, or inconvenience.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Items supplied for repair are typically old, used components and may contain hidden or age-related faults beyond the specific repair carried out.
We will only carry out agreed work and cannot guarantee the condition or longevity of unrelated components within the unit.
All work carried out is guaranteed for 12 months against defects in workmanship.
This guarantee does not cover faults arising from incorrect installation, wiring issues, incompatible components, external vehicle faults, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
